Since launching in November 2022, Stretch Prairie, formerly known as Peak Yoga Wellness, has been stretching with people through group classes and later adding personalized stretch sessions in 2024. Our focus is on guiding you toward a deeper understanding of your body's needs, helping you build confidence, independence, and freedom in your movement.

Our distinctive hands-on assisted stretching approach supports you by paying attention to your symptoms, and stretching accordingly.

As a CPT, CYT and Fitness Coach with a rich background in hands-on care and fitness since 2010, Stretch Prairie offers a unique blend of expertise and passion. Our founder's journey from nursing school to becoming a CPT and offering a dynamic stretching service reflects a commitment to helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives before medical needs arise.
