Each stretch session involves resting on a massage table while your stretch facilitator helps you explore and release tension in muscles that need attention. It’s common for stretching to feel uncomfortable at times, but our goal is to help you reconnect with your body in a positive way. We'll discuss the process during your first session. If you are working with any doctor for any reason, we always recommend checking in to be sure stretching will support your circumstances.
This in-home or at your work stretch session offers the same personalized experience as our regular stretch sessions but in the privacy and comfort of your own home or workspace. Your stretch facilitator will bring a massage table and necessary props to ensure an effective and relaxing session.
